A quick story for you...
A few months ago I called a friend from back in my commercial real estate days.
He's now the CEO of the largest property management company in Louisiana.
They manage over 10,000 apartment units and 18 million+ square feet of commercial space.
He asked me if we could help him generate more revenue from their digital marketing presence.
"Of course," I said.
But we quickly ran into a problem.

- Optimized Google Business to be superior to any competitors in their industry.
- Ensured that their website had relevant on-page content that Google loves.
- Make sure they have a strategy to convert the increased opportunities.
**We learned that even companies with millions of dollars to spend still don't have the expertise they need internally.
